This site is operated under the laws of Canada and is not directed at individuals located in the European Union or United Kingdom.
What we collect
We collect information you choose to give us, such as your email address and any responses, messages, or content you submit through the tools, forms, or contact channels on this site. We do not use cookies or analytics trackers, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Please don't submit information you don't have the right to share, or that contains passwords, credentials, or other secrets.
How we use it, and who we share it with
We use trusted third-party service providers to operate this site, and your information may be processed by them on our behalf. These include: an AI service provider, to generate responses during the assessment and produce your report; a secure database provider, to store your assessment and survey data; an email delivery provider, to send your report and any updates you've opted into; and a scheduling provider, to manage call bookings. Each provider only receives what it needs to perform its function, and each is bound by its own privacy and security practices. We do not use content you submit to train AI models.
Some of our service providers are located outside Canada, including in the United States, and your information may be stored or processed there, subject to that jurisdiction's laws.
We only add you to our mailing list if you opt in, and that consent can be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
We do not sell your information.
How we protect it
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as it's useful for the purpose it was collected, and delete it on request. Mailing list data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a copy of it, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing tyler@reliably.ca. You may also withdraw your consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of your information at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date above will change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
